Note: It may be noted that although the PAD provides a component-wise budget breakdown, the project allows flexibility in the use of funds across components based on project needs and the nature of the activities, while the total project cost of ₹379.71 crore remains unchanged.

Reach adolescents outside the formal school system
Create community-based platforms and youth spaces.
Provide counselling, mentoring, and life skills support.
Connect adolescents with skills training, entrepreneurship opportunities, and livelihood pathways.
Engage families and communities to reduce barriers such as dropout and social challenges.
