01. MOBILIZATION
Sensitization, mobilization of farmers and formation of Producer Groups with 10-20 members and 1 member per household; Organizing Multi-stakeholder platforms to identify priority products.
02. CLUSTERING
167 Clusters and 485 sub-clusters across all 11 districts of the state identified based on priorities of farmers; Clustering enables project to implement intensified interventions in each cluster.
Processing, value addition, marketing and market linkage support to farmers including investment in processing and market infrastructure.
03. BUSINESS PLAN
Stock taking, gap analysis of existing setup of the farmers and support in preparation of financially viable and market oriented business plans.
04. SUPPORT FUNDING
Support funding and training to farmers in project clusters and to service providers, traders and other market players to enable access by farmers to supply chain.
